Ÿ   2011.03 – Present: project of “parking guidance information system of Shimizu parking area” on the Shin-tomei Expressway (Japan). Analyze the drivers’ behave in response to the dynamic guidance information board and establish the simulation model for estimating economic effect of setting parking guidance system in this parking area.

Ÿ   2009.01-2009.09: project of “integrated traffic planning” as a main principal in the city of Xu Chang in He Nan province (China). Design the survey of transit system, data processing of the survived sample, make a scheme of public transit, plan bus routes for the years 2015-2020, and subsequent evaluation of the planned bus routes.

Ÿ   2008.05-2008.06: project of “planning and management of the traffic security of urban roads” in the city of Lin Fen in Shan Xi province (China). Process the data of origin and destination survey, analyze the trip purpose, travel mode, travel distribution and etc..

Ÿ   2008.03-2008.06 : project of “planning and management of the traffic of urban roads” in the city of Lin Fen in Shan Xi province (China). Process the data of origin and destination survey and optimum design of intersections under traffic singal.

•   Study meeting of parking guidance information system of Shimizu parking area ( June 23^th, 2011)

Purpose

On-site inspection of Shimizu parking area, Ashigara service area and Ebina service area are hold for further construction and research. The suggestions of parking guidance sign for Shimizu parking area are shared by comparing the existed parking guidance information system between Ashigara service area and Ebina service area. It is also refer to the data collection and survey during this study meeting.

卒業研究：都市圏における低炭素政策評価のための応用都市経済モデルの構築

ベトナム・ハノイの交通通信大学(University of Transportation and Communications, UTC)で行われたサマースクールに参加させて頂きました．研究テーマであるCUEモデルについての講義を受けさせていただき, 理解を深めることができました.

{2015年3月15日～3月18日}

2015年3月17日, 交通通信大学(UTC)との共同プロジェクトの一環として，ベトナム・ハノイにおいて国際会議”The 2^nd International workshop-Toward A Comprehensive Urban Planning of Socio-Economic, Land-use, Construction,Transportation and Environment, Perspective of Computable Urban Economic(CUE) Model” を開催しました. ハノイマスタープランにおけるCUEモデルの今後の適用性，実用性についての見識を深めることを主な目的として開催されました．前半のセッションでは，ベトナム建設省や運輸省，環境省などの有識者らによるハノイの現状やマスタープランの内容についての発表がなされ，後半では，小林潔司経営研究センター長からCUEモデルの展望や有用性について，その後，松島格也准教授，UTCのNguyen Trong Hiep氏によるCUEモデルの詳細な適用事例について発表がなされました．

About my research in Prof. Kobayashi Laboratory

Research Topic: “A Framework to Analyze Political Space in News Media Using Ontology Engineering”

The aim of my current research is to develop an ontology-based computational framework to analyze political space and debate structure on a controversial public topic, according to ideologically distant news media. News media play a key role in the formation of public opinion, and as political players’ dynamics are closely linked to public opinion processes, they also play a major role in the conformation of political space. It can be hypothesized that depending on the political position that political players occupies on the political space, their public interactions may have a differentiated treatment on media, according to the editorial line of the media in consideration. However, how can it be measured? By using corpus extraction techniques, SPARQL queries, and ontology engineering, my research compares the position that key political players occupy in the debate structure and political space modeled by two ideologically distant news media sources, on a same controversial public topic.

災害発生前の不確実性下における避難指示意思決定の合理性に関する研究

【海外活動】

　①世界展開力強化事業の一環として，フィールド調査およびワークショップ参加のためタイに行きました．

　　活動地：タイ（バンコク，アユタヤ，チャイナート）

　　期間：2013年3月9日～3月19日

　　目的：2011年タイ洪水被災地の調査およびその後の洪水対策に関する学習

2011年タイ洪水の被災地を訪ね，当時の状況やその後の対策，対応についてお話を聴かせていただきました．

バンコクやアユタヤは京都に似て歴史を感じさせる建造物が多く，非常に楽しめました．

また，露店も多く温暖な気候と同様すごく活気のあるまちでした． 

　・グループ活動

グループ活動時のメンバーとの写真です．フィールド活動の報告を協力して行いました．

 

今回のタイでのプログラムでは，洪水時の経験を多くの人からお聴きする機会に恵まれました．

一緒に活動をしていた他大学の学生は精力的に議論する人も多く，私にとって非常に刺激的でした．

タイでの活動は，私自身多くのことを考えさせられるいい機会になりました．

訪問地でお世話になった方々，本プログラムの関係者の方々には心より感謝申し上げます．

 

 

②世界展開力強化事業の一環として，短期留学，フィールドワークのためタイに行ってきました．

　活動地：タイ（バンコク，ナコーンシータンマラート）

　期間：2013年9月3日～9月28日

　目的：Kasetsart UniversityにてASEANの大学の学生との交流及び講義を受講．

 　　　 　バンコク，ナコーンシータンマラートでのフィールドワーク通じてタイにおける水害対策について学ぶ．

春に引き続き，プログラムに参加させて頂きました．

今回は約1ヶ月と前回より長く滞在しており，タイでの生活を満喫できました．

また，他国の学生達ともじっくりと議論することができました．

貴重な体験をさせて頂きました．本プログラムに関係する全ての方々に心より感謝申し上げます．

 

 

③インドネシア

　活動地：インドネシア（Malang，Arjowilangun）

　期間：2014年2月10日～2014年2月16日

　目的：University of BrawijayaでのJoint Seminarへの参加及び発表．

　　　　　Gunawanさん，柿原さんの研究調査への参加．

インドネシアの人はみな非常に親切で，この一週間多くの人に活動を支えられながら，貴重な体験をさせて頂きました．

特に小林研の卒業生であるAriさんやインドネシア滞在中にホームステイさせて下さったAriさんのご家族，

研究室の先輩であるGunawanさんには大いに助けて頂きました．

・空間相互作用モデルを用いた中山間地域における集合的活動についての計量分析

2013年3月9日～19日までタイで行われたDRCプログラムに参加しました．

はじめの数日は2011年に発生した大洪水の被害について学び，最後にグループに分かれてそれぞれのテーマについて発表を行いました．
